Texting and Driving

everyone was affected by the girl who was texting and driving. The parents of that poor little baby were dead, that girls friends were dead, and that poor toddler will probably be scared for life and have nightmares well past her adulthood. Many family members must have been affected that. The girl was crying because it was her fault that her friends had died. It was her fault that tragic event had taken place. It would change her life forever she had lost her friends and herself in that accident. She had lost her innocence, her care free worry, now she would always be carefuller and more aware. The point of the video was that we need to be responsible and safe. The danger we put to ourselves and other while not paying attention is very real and very ignorant. We need to be safer and make these kind of accidents happen less often.

I think that it means that we can't waste things such as every moment we are with those we love and know. In one second we could be gone so we have to not waste the time on earth we have. We need to make every second count. whether its helping someone or just spending the day with our family and friends we need to make it count. We need to make a diffrence leave our imprint on the world.

I think it means no matter what we say if our actions show that we love them they will always know. If our actions are pure and full of love then we would have no problem expressing our true love for a person. If our actions are not full of love then the person may not know we truely love them. Actions are the most important thing in our day to day lives and when we show how we feel in them it gives more meaning then when we don't show it in our actions. Just like the poems says our actions speak louder than our words can ever speak.

The Power of One

I thought that it was sad. Children are impressinable which means if we have to set good examples for them to follow, and not be hipocrites. Like if you tell your kid not to curse don't curse, if you want you kid to sit up straight and eat their vegtables you do the same. We have to be good role models for the next generations if not us then who? If we don't want kids violent we need to be calm, collective, and peaceful. We need to step up and be the role models we are supposed to be to the young. We can't just push them around! We need to guide them not to force them. we need to show them how its done not just send them out there, on there way, all alone, they need help to find their way.
